Dane joined Fine Home in 2018 at reception, where she gained valuable experience supporting both the rentals and sales departments. Her strong work ethic and eye for detail quickly stood out, leading to her promotion to Rental Administration in 2020. In 2023, she proudly stepped into her current role as Rental Manager.
Today, Dane manages the rental accounts across various branches, takes care of all client queries for Fine Home Diamond, and oversees the day-to-day running of the rental department, including maintenance. She also shares her knowledge by training other branches and assisting them with rental queries in her wider role as Rental Manager for Fine Home Southern Africa.
With her friendly approach and broad experience, Dane is passionate about making sure clients feel supported and that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
