Coming from a long 35 year Banking Industry/Sector (1971 to 2006) career, where I was responsible for Retail Sales in my latter positions, and represented Management at Head Office and Branch level respectively, I was always well aware of absolute client service and quick thorough decision making. Achievents include: January 2001 - Damelin / The Institute of Bankers in S.A. – Marketing Diploma. December 1996 - PRISA - Public Relations Institute of S.A. - Certificate in Public Relations May 1996 - R.A.U. - Dept of Business Management – Certificate in Marketing July 2015 - ABSA - NQF 5 July 2017 - E.A.A.B – NQF 4 January 2024 PPRA- NQF 4 PDE Although I always had many people reporting to me over this period, and me ensuring targets are met, I continuously upskilled and kept on training on all aspects, as times has changed. The aforementioned stood me in good stead and the Real Estate Industry would be ideal to further my job and career aspirations. Myself and Joey, my wife, also a registered and qualified Sales Agent, decided to start working as a team 20 years ago and still going strong! We have recorded some 450 successful Deeds Office Registrations to date and have achieved the following awards and achievements, for which we were regularly, frequently and often honored, over this period in time. I can work individually, independently and still be part of a bigger team. My strong points are good communicator, strong negotiation skills, very positive attitude, good listener, always a willingness to help, assertiveness when making decisions, awareness of markets and of course selling skills!
